Taken from the German site linked below. I used the second one which is for various females.  I believe the Drasa one is for a specific character.  I haven't played that far yet.

There are two patch files that are self extracting zips.  Basically dump those files into C:\Program Files\Drakensang\export\

UPDATE: A piss poor translation of text from the link (currently broken) reveals that their database and site was destroyed and doesn't look like their host is helping or something.  So unless someone has another link.....  Also if the link is working again, please tell me!
