You just can't do better than a developer-made nude skin. But you can improve upon it. And that's exactly what modder Digital_Utopia did. If these screenshots look familiar it's because Mr. Utopia took the nude Mona Sax model and modified it for Alyx in Half Life 2. Apparently this required fixing her facial expressions and eye movements because adding the model broke those features. In my experience her eyes are a little messed up still because they stay shut a lot more than they should. Or maybe now my eyes stay open more than they were. Other than that, if you want to see Alyx naked in your game, this is a great skin.
