The Witcher 3 Nude
There is plenty of nudity already built into the latest Witcher game, as in previous games, and it will appear on your screen during romance sequences. If you would like to view their nakedness at will, get the Debug Console Enabler hit the tilde (~) key and here are some commands to get you started.
Examples:
spawn(triss) then point towards her spawned model and put this in the console: appearance(triss_naked)
spawn(yennefer) appearance(yennefer_naked_panties)
spawn(cirilla) appearance(__q205_naked) [note the two underscores in front]
Below are the spawnable main female characters and their appearance modifiers to be plugged into the commands above.

These can be used when with the actual character, not just manual spawning, although they may dress up again at some point. In my first quest exploring a cave with Keira, I was able to change her to something... less appropriate. Note the chart.. Anyways for Keira I used:
appearance(naked)
appearance(naked_lingerie)

Nude Sorcereresses and Bare Assed Geralt
With this mod you can make Geralt wander Temeria naked, or more importantly strip down one of the hot female sorceresses, so they are just naked when you encounter them. Immersion breaking for sure, but why not? Supposedly this works on the playable Ciri, but I haven't tried myself.
